Hello and Welcome!

The latest news:

• The second edition of Career Opportunities in Science was published this summer. I removed all the engineering profiles and most of the forensic science profiles, so the book is really different from the first one.
   
• Dick (a.ka. Richard A. McDavid) and I just completed Career Opportunities in Transportation, which is also part of the above mentioned series. This title will probably be out in late 2009.
   
• Career Opportunities in Forensic Science was published this past Spring. This is the second book that Dick and I co-authored. Whoo-hoo!
   
• Dick and I have started working on our next project for Ferguson Publishing. It's about careers in agriculture and natural resources. I'm excited about this one.

Now you know. When I say I write career books, I'm not kidding.

To diversify my writing self, I've been blah-blah-blogging. Being the over ambitious gal, I'm attempting to maintain two blogs.

• In Cu'Pie Baby Bird says, "Chirp. Chirp." I write about everything and nothing in general.
   
• Take 25 to Hollister, California is focused on the events, places, history, and what-nots about my hometown and county. The Hollister where I live is not a beach town like the fictional one made up for the Hollister Co. clothing line. Far from it.
   

Lastly, I've moved to a new web host. It's a real green McCoy, powered by solar and wind power. Trés cool, no? With this virtual move and the upgrading of my Mac, I decided to revamp this site. If links are broken, line breaks look funny, graphics missing, etc., would you kindly let me know. I would appreciate it mucho. My e-mail: sechaoremcdavid (at) gmail.com.
